Rules and Instructions for Medical Cannabis License
All Tourist Applicants must be over the age of 21. The Medical Cannabis Card is valid only in the Puerto Rico territories. To obtain a Medical Cannabis Card it is necessary to be a US citizen or a Puerto Rico resident with a valid ID. The card is not available for non-residents or tourists from foreign countries.
